About Me
Welcome to my page!
I’m Carlotta; a photographer, yoga teacher and sound practitioner shaped by movement, stillness and attentive presence.
Born in Turin and influenced by the mountains, I grew up listening:
to rhythm, to the body, to the subtle intelligence of place.
During a period of burnout, yoga became a way back to myself: a return to breath, softness and belonging. That practice now lives at the centre of everything I do.
Over time, sound became part of that listening.
Through vibration, resonance and silence, sound healing opened a deeper relationship with rest and nervous system regulation, a way to access stillness beyond words.
This work now weaves naturally into my teaching, supporting practices that invite slowing down, release and inner recalibration.
I teach yoga and sound healing as quiet rituals of reconnection.
My classes blend strength and ease, movement and rest, sound and silence, offering space to soften the body and settle the mind. Each practice is an invitation to listen inwardly and leave feeling more grounded, open and at home in yourself.
Alongside this work, I practice photography as a form of witnessing.
I create visual stories of people, experiences and shared moments; from wellness retreats and live events to food, hospitality and emerging brands. I’m drawn to spaces where connection unfolds naturally, where presence can be felt in the smallest details.
My background in high-impact events taught me how to hold complexity with clarity.
My yoga and sound practices taught me how to hold space with care and sensitivity.
Together, they shape how I move through the world and how I create: attentive, intuitive and deeply human.
